Free practice tests for your class or training program

For high school and CTE teachers, CPR and first-aid instructors, EMT, CNA, and nursing-assistant programs, trade and CDL schools, and adult-education and citizenship classes. Free, no sign-up, no student accounts, nothing to license or install. Every answer is explained, and it works in the browser on Chromebooks, laptops, and phones.

Each button opens Google Classroom's share dialog with the exam page already filled in, so you can post it as an assignment, material, or announcement. Students open the link and start practicing — nothing to install, nothing to log into. Missing an exam your class needs? Email us (address at the bottom).

How teachers and instructors use it

  • Warm-up quiz. Each exam is split into topics that follow the official outline. Open the topic you're teaching this week and run a short practice quiz at the start of class — every answer shows a written explanation right away, so the quiz doubles as a review.
  • Mock exam as homework. Every exam has a timed mock exam drawn from the whole bank, with no feedback until it's submitted. The results screen shows the score and a breakdown of where points were lost by topic — ask students to bring that breakdown to class.
  • Mistakes review. Every question a student misses in practice or a mock goes into their own "Review my mistakes" list. Answering it correctly clears it, which makes a good last-week-before-the-exam routine.
  • Flashcards and answer pages. Flashcards drill recall, and each topic has a full questions-and-answers page with explanations you can project or read through together.
  • Low-stakes check before certification. For a CPR, EMT, CNA, or CDL course, have the whole cohort take the same mock exam near the end and go over the most-missed topics together before the official written test.

One thing to know: there is no teacher dashboard. Progress and mistakes are saved only in each student's own browser, so you won't see their scores — have students screenshot their results if you want to collect them.

Mixed-language classes

The citizenship and DMV permit practice tests are fully available in English, Chinese (中文), and Spanish (Español), so students can build understanding in their strongest language and then re-drill in English — see the citizenship rows above, or the DMV tests in English, Chinese, and Spanish. The certification exam practice tests are also in Chinese and Spanish: switch the language at the top of any exam page (for example CNA in Chinese or CNA in Spanish), then re-drill in English, the language those exams are given in.

Add it to your syllabus or LMS

Link to https://quibank.com or to any exam page (for example quibank.com/en/cpr) — no agreement or setup needed. If your syllabus or LMS asks for a resource description, you can use this one:

Quibank — Free practice tests with explained answers for certification exams (CPR, EMT, CNA, CDL, firefighter, citizenship, and more). Every test also in Chinese and Spanish. No account or login required.

Embed a question of the day

If your class site, LMS page, or school website accepts HTML, paste this line and it shows one practice question a day from the CPR, AED & First Aid bank. Students tap an answer and see the explanation; the question changes daily. For a different exam, replace cprwith the last part of that exam's web address (for example cna or ged).

<iframe src="https://quibank.com/widget/cpr" width="100%" height="480" style="border:1px solid #e5e7eb;border-radius:12px" title="CPR, AED & First Aid Practice Test question of the day"></iframe>

Preview the widget — it's in English and links back to the full free practice test.

Privacy note for schools

Students never create an account or type in a name or email. Study progress, quiz history, and mistakes are stored in the student's own browser and are not sent to us; anonymous usage events, such as a quiz score with no name attached, are counted by Umami. We measure aggregate traffic with Umami (cookieless) and Google Analytics, and the site shows ads served by Mediavine through its Grow script; Google Analytics, Mediavine, and its ad partners can set cookies, which you can manage as described in the policy. The site is meant for teens and adults (high school, career training, adult education) and is not directed to children under 13. On shared lab computers, a private window or clearing site data starts each student fresh. Details are in our privacy policy.
